These mental wellness strategies are designed to treat various mental health concerns and disorder, included but not limited to depression, anxiety/panic, trauma/PTSD, OCD, bipolar, and other complaints. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with, unexplainable, painful, and/or traumatic circumstances. Transpersonal hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, regression analysis, and other strategic methods from a combination of psychological disciplines, lead to discovering spiritual potential.
